We're hearing of plans to move the EWS quarters from where it was shown in the layout to a location in this corner. That would mean it will be right in front of towers 1 to 6.
This is where the EWS quarters were supposed to be, along with the Primary school. The school location is now a generator room :
This was the actual dream 5 year ago, just for reference.
feel totally cheated , RWA should take steps to take STAY ORDERS from the court for stopping builder to make change in Layout Plan and cheat customers .

No construction has started for towers 19, 20, 21 & 22 at all. Even the excavation isn't done, you can click on the first image on top to see.
ReplyDeleteI think all builders are cheats in Delhi. How can they show a beautiful picture and destroy the dreams of hundreds of families? How can they use someone else's money to do construction? They should be severely punished for this.
ReplyDeleteI suggest we all immediately goto court and get a stay order against the builder charging any more money till the whole project is completed.
Sweta Estates is a unprofessional organisation. I've been conned by their own people and they promised a compensation which was never done. Someone in Sweta estates mentioned that i should go to court and thats the only way things work out here. They're professional cheats.
