Construction of these towers near Sohna Road entrance started in 2006 and restarted in Dec 2010. I think they're called Belfort.
Is it a new road being built along the wall opposite Towers 7,8 &9 ?This will exclude Towers 7,8 &9 permanently from the main complex.
